Win back lost revenue.

Intellible goes through your churned accounts and tells you who is worth calling, why they left and what to say when you do.

Most companies can tell you how many customers left last quarter, but very few can tell you which of them would come back.

The answers are usually already there, spread across the CRM, the billing tool and a support inbox nobody rereads (which is a shame, because that is where the good stuff tends to be).

  1. 01

    Segment

First we sort who can be contacted from who cannot, so a customer you terminated or one still paying you never ends up on the list.

  2. 02

    Resolve

Companies rename, merge and get acquired, so we check who each one is today before anyone picks up the phone.

  3. 03

    Understand

We read what they said when they left and check it against how they actually used the product, because the two often tell different stories.

  4. 04

    Research

Then we look at what they are doing now, like hiring, raising money or opening a new office, and only put an account forward when there is real and recent proof it is worth a call.

  5. 05

    Rehearse

Before anyone calls, the pitch is tested against the people who will actually decide. This one deserves its own space, so it has it below.

  6. 06

    Prioritise

What comes out is a ranked list of who to call this week, why now and what to open with.

Only in Intellible

The meeting before the meeting.

It starts with everything the account has already told you, from exit emails and support tickets to usage logs and the notes from the last call.

From that, it builds the people who will decide. A CFO who watches the cost, an ops lead who remembers the rollout and the person who used the product every day, each one an AI agent that thinks the way they do.

Then it hands them your pitch and lets them push back, one objection at a time, until every concern has an answer worth saying out loud.

So when your rep finally calls, the hard questions have already been asked (and answered). Most tools tell you who to call; this one tells you how the conversation will go.

What it will not do.

  1. Pitch someone who still pays you

Live customers and anyone you have chosen to stop working with are kept off the list from the start.

  2. Invent a reason

If it cannot back a reason with what the account said or did, it says it does not know.

  3. Send anything on its own

Nothing goes out until a person has looked at it and agreed.

Some of them were always coming back; someone just has to ask.
