Questions about Intellible
How do you win back lost B2B customers?
Work account by account. Take off anyone you should not contact, check who each account is today, find the real reason it left and look for what has changed since. Put forward only the accounts with a clear reason to call, rehearse the objections, then have the person they will listen to make the call.
Can we do win-back research in-house with our CRM or AI?
You can pull a list from your CRM, but a list is not the work. Every account needs checking: who they are today, why they really left, whether that reason has expired and who should take the call. With a short list, do it yourself this week. With a long one, it needs a real owner.

Why would a lost account come back?
Most accounts leave for a reason that does not last. The person who pushed to drop you leaves, the missing feature ships, the budget resets. When that reason expires, they already know you, which makes them a warmer conversation than any stranger.
Who is Intellible for?
Commercial, marketing and customer success teams at B2B companies who want to know why accounts churned and which ones are worth winning back. Each team uses the intelligence differently:
- Commercial teams get a ranked list of who to call this week, why now and how to open the conversation.
- Marketing teams see the real reasons accounts left, so messaging speaks to what has changed since.
- Customer success teams learn which problems drove the churn, so they can fix them and look after a returning account properly.
Can you leave out accounts we're glad to lose?
Yes. Blacklisted accounts, payment-suspended accounts, live customers and anyone else you name are taken off the list before any work starts.
What is Intellible?
Intellible is a win-back intelligence service for B2B teams. We find which lost accounts are worth winning back, why they left, what's changed and how to open the call. Your team makes the call. We never contact your customers.
How does it work?
You share your lost accounts. We read each account's public signals, such as leadership changes, funding, launches and hiring, work out the likely reason it left and what has changed since, and rank which ones are worth winning back.
What do I get back?
A ranked list of the accounts worth winning back. For each one: the reason it left, what has changed, why now, who to contact and how to open the call.
Isn't the relationship damaged?
Sometimes, and when it is, we tell you to leave it alone. Many accounts left over timing, budget or a gap you have since closed. We only put an account forward when there is a clear reason to call and a credible way to open.
What data do you need, and how is it handled?
A read-only export of the accounts you have lost, in whatever state it's in (half-empty notes included). Send it over and we do the rest. Your data is used only for your work.
How do you know why they left if the notes are thin?
Notes are only one source. We check what your records say against the account's public signals since they left, such as leadership changes, funding, launches and hiring. Where we cannot back a reason, we say so rather than guess.
Can't we build this internally, or with our CRM or AI?
You can pull a list from your CRM, but a list is not the work. Every account needs checking: who they are today, why they really left, whether that reason has expired and who should take the call. That is research most teams never get to, and it is the work we do.

How is this different from Gainsight or other customer success platforms?
Customer success platforms predict churn and work to prevent it. Their work stops once the customer has gone. Ours starts there, with the accounts you have already lost.

Isn't this just a win-back email campaign?
A campaign sends one message to the whole list; Intellible works out, account by account, who is worth a conversation at all. We check who they are today, why they really left and whether that reason has since expired, then test the pitch on the people who'll decide. A campaign is a flyer through every door (most end up in the bin); we tell you which door to knock on and what they'll say.

Do you contact our customers?
No. Your team makes the call. We never contact your customers; we tell you who to call and how to open.
How is the work delivered?
As a ranked list of accounts, each with the reason it left, what has changed, who to contact and how to open the call, so your team knows who to call first and what to say.
How does it start?
Start with an audit to see what your lost accounts are worth. Then keep us running in the background, so none worth winning back slips past again. Book a call to talk scope and pricing.
